One 6-ounce can of chicken or turkey (your preference)
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
One clean celery stalk chopped
One handful of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts (your preference)
1/4 cup of mayonnaise (or more to taste)
Dash of prepared Dijon mustard (I put two short squirts into it)
Mix all of the above together in a medium sized bowl. Put the mixture on your favorite (toasted) bagel, croissant, or bread. Delicious and
satisfying!
