Your
Answer Mom on the Web

Have you ever met someone that you just KNEW had a cape under
their street clothing? I did just this past week. Tracy Gibson,
the webmaster of tntmom.com aka "Supermom" is amazing!
Actually, she's dynamite. Argh- bad I know, but I just couldn't
resist! She homeschools her children (hats off!), hosts this
website and has the technical know-how to help others with their
websites. Okay, enough with my inadequacies. Let's focus on
Tracy's more than adequate site.

I will say that some of the subjects on her site are a bit
puny but it has real potential. For example, her crafts section
only has 2 crafts. Soap crayons-now that is cool! I used to
color shaving cream and plop the kids in the tub with it when
they wanted to "swim." I am sure she would appreciate
some email from readers to help fatten up her site. Send her
your favorite sites, books, etc. Register so you can post on
her message boards.
What was most appealing about her site is the Index page (after
the Enter page). It has all types of articles, recipes and other
fun things along both sides of the homepage.
Her article on "Are you a Crazy Mom or a Lazy Mom?"
was fun. This was my favorite:
A "crazy" mom often feels taken for granted and may
begin to resent her family's dependence on her. A "lazy"
mom is free to do little things for her kids, out of love, and
to honor them. Things she used to feel she had to do, now become
thoughtful favors for the ones
she loves. What kind of mom am I? I'm lazy! Until next time.
