Everything for Homeowners Homestore.com - Everything for Homeowners Finally, it's spring and you know what is popping up all over town don't you? For Sale signs! What better site to feature this time of year? Okay, okay. A gardening site would have been appropriate too.
Don't let the subject of selling a home scare you away from this website. You can find so much more than real estate help here. Are you thinking about doing some home remodeling? There is an entire section devoted to just that topic. You can find articles on many projects. Click on the How -To- Guides for specific information. How many of you have ever built or remodeled a house and found that your estimate was much less than what it actually cost to do the job? Get a more accurate figure with the Pick Calculator- it drops down a menu of jobs to estimate: drywall, ceramic tile etc. Cool! Are you interested in beautifying your yard? From garden tools to plant selection to garden planning, you will find it here. As a matter of fact there is nothing puny about this website. Each topic is thoroughly covered along with a lot more information than expected. They even offer tips on finding a mechanic and tax advice. Of course these are all things most homeowners would need so I guess it makes sense to include those here. If you are planning to change your housing situation, you can search for apartments, previously built and new homes for sale, custom builders and manufactured homes. There are helpful articles on top cities, schools and (unfortunately) crime statistics. Helpful hints on packing and organizing your move are also featured. I didn't even mention the decorating, appliance & electronics and finance & insurance sections. This is a fantastic resource for the first time buyer as well as the seasoned homeowner. Until next time.
